CareSync collects information you provide directly: your name, email address, and any details you enter about family members and caregiving schedules. We do not sell your data.
We use your information to provide and improve CareSync, send you authentication emails (magic links), and optionally notify you about appointments and reminders. You control notification preferences in your account.
Your data is stored in encrypted databases. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
CareSync does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Family member data is visible only to people you explicitly invite into your care circle.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
